Great opportunity in the (DC/MD/VA area) for an experienced professional Executive/Personal Assistant with proven project management experience who is proactive, well-organized and thrives in a role that is rich with variety. This position provides a blend of personal, business, and household support including but not limited to: overseeing the daily management of two properties and associated staff and contractors, scheduling and maintaining calendars a must, and supporting business venture activities as needed. The ideal candidate will bring:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant prior experience
Very strong computer skills (Microsoft 365 and G-Suite)
Proven project management skills with a keen sense of detail and follow-through and ability to organize and prioritize multiple activities
Exceptional relationship and communication skills
Impeccable reputation of trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to navigate multiple responsibilities with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
