Housekeeper Part Time/Live Out

A couple living in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania looking to hire a professional Housekeeper.

The Ideal Candidate: They would like someone VERY organized and someone who enjoys organizing.  A typical day would be making beds, doing dishes, doing laundry, wiping down outdoor furniture, etc. The home is very well taken care of and immaculate.

What Works Best for Family: Husband and wife work a lot of hours and need a housekeeper daily to take care of the daily tasks that they can't get to. They would like the individual to wear a uniform- they will provide scrubs.

Current Staff: We had two housekeepers for 20 years (1 will be retiring)plus a lawn care/car man. 
 Home SQFT: 5,000

Position Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping Required
• Cooking: Plain Cooking Required
• Laundry: Hand Wash Delicates
• Ironing: Shirts, etc
• Errands: Dry Cleaners; Post Office,Etc.
• Driving: Preferred

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (hours are flexible if the individual prefers to work a different shift) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday  (30 hours per week)
• Languages: English
• Experience: Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Personality Traits: friendly, organized, someone who lives locally

Position Compensation

• Salary: $30 per hour
• Living Accommodations: Live Out
• Vacation: 1 week when the family takes a vacation
