Nanny or Manny/Family Assistant position Upper East Side, New York
High-profile family with two busy working parents seeking to hire a full-charge Nanny or Manny /Family Assistant to work in their Upper East Side home, Monday through Friday, 2:00PM to 8:00PM with flexibility to work later some evenings and you can leave early on Fridays. The ideal candidate will be one that will be more of a friend/family assistant that watches over their 13 year old son. The son is sometimes too young to go about his day without any supervision and at the same time he does not want a "babysitter" to watch him because he has just become a teenager. Organization is key and you will be required to complete school forms, schedule and sign up for sports activities, organize supplies and make sure they are always refreshed. In addition, you will need to help pack up the son for camp and organize the son's closets. Looking for someone looking for a long-term position and to form a bond and become a part of the family!
The family will work with your schedule due to any conflicts as they want this person to stay for a long time. The son goes to overnight camp in the summer for 7 weeks so the family is asking that you would come to Connecticut for two of those weeks to help at their home there. The other 5 weeks you would have off in the summer.
