Job Description: Companion (Weekend Shift)
Shift Schedule:Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Location: Westport, CT
Hourly Rate: $35 per hour (before taxes)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and non-medical care for Mrs.
- Check on Mrs. every couple of hours to ensure her safety and comfort
- Maintain the fire in her fireplace as needed
- Care for Mrs.'s two dogs
- Prepare meals and drinks for Mrs.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the house
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with Mrs., family members, and healthcare professionals
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving preferred
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- High school diploma or equivalent
