S. Boston, MA first-time parents are looking to hire a Newborn Care Specialist, experienced in caring for their twin boys, born August 30, 2024 (delivered at 36 weeks). Ideally, someone who can assist during the day shift for 10-12 hours.
Responsibilities will be to assist with providing full day care of the newborns. Must be able and willing to teach how to care for baby, make recommendations on baby's needs, able to troubleshoot what is bothering babies, and able to get babies on a proper sleeping/eating schedule. Responsibilities are inclusive of baby's laundry, cleaning/sterilizing bottles/breast pump, clean up after baby, feeding/burping/changing diapers/bathing, calming, soothing, etc.
They will consider using this hire for the night shift if the NCS is interested and they find the right fit.
