Position: Live out Family Assistant
Location: Park City, UT
Salary: $30-$35 DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm (approx 30 hours)
Overview: We are looking for a mature, dependable, nurturing, and proactive Family Assistant to help manage our home and provide support in caring for our 5-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will take on a "second mom" role, assisting with day-to-day household tasks, light housekeeping, and transportation. This position requires someone who is a self-starter, respectful of boundaries, and calm, as both parents work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all family laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothes
- Tidy up the kitchen daily, handle light housekeeping, and maintain household organization
- Drive our 5-year-old daughter to activities and pick her up from school
- Complete daily tasks from a checklist efficiently and independently
- Perform basic meal prep
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and gift pick-up
- Be a supportive, caring presence—essentially a "second mom" for the family
- Travel locally with the family twice a year
- Respect the family's boundaries while working in a home where both parents work remotely
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license (family car provided)
- Ability to speak and understand English well
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Calm, nurturing, and discreet demeanor, avoiding disturbances to parents working from home
