Job Description: Full-Time Executive Housekeeper – Coconut Grove, Miami, FL

Position Overview: A high-level Executive Housekeeper is needed to provide exceptional, full-time support for a quiet, upscale condo in Coconut Grove, Miami. Although the employer is only in Miami for about 60 days a year, this position offers a year-round salary for a reliable and skilled individual who can manage the residence independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the condo.
  • Make beds with a meticulous hotel-style presentation.
  • Handle laundry duties, including ironing sheets and other linens.
  • Run errands, such as picking up coffee from a nearby coffee shop.
  • Collect packages delivered to the building, unbox items, and dispose of packaging.
  • Take out trash as needed.
  • Arrange and manage new deliveries, particularly as the couple has recently moved in.
  • Maintain a quiet presence as the employer works from home and requires a calm, low-noise environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably as an Executive Housekeeper in a luxury home or high-end property.
  • Language: Fluent English is required.
  • Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work independently without micromanagement, using discretion and strong organizational skills.
  • Professionalism: Trustworthiness, discretion, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Personality Fit: Quiet and respectful demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining a calm and serene environment.
