Full-Time Live Out Housekeeper – Midtown Manhattan- New York City, NY Penthouse-Hamptons in the Summer from Mid July-September
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm-Summer schedule is different and live in
Compensation: $40–$50/hour, based on experience
A high-end, multi-level penthouse in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced and meticulous full-time housekeeper. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining luxury homes with fine furnishings, valuables, and delicate surfaces. This is a long-term role replacing a housekeeper who has been with the family for 9 years.
Responsibilities:

Daily cleaning and upkeep of a 3-bedroom, 5-bathroom penthouse (many rooms not used daily)

Expert care for fine finishes and valuable household items

Laundering and ironing high-end clothing and linens

Preparing simple, healthy meals such as salads, pasta, and light dinners

Walking two friendly dogs (short 5-minute walks) when the dog walker is unavailable

Occasional elevator use to service the three floors
Requirements:

Proven experience in high-end residential housekeeping

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Skilled in laundry and garment care, including ironing delicate items

Comfortable with light pet care and preparing simple meals

Discreet, professional, and respectful of privacy
