Position: Full-Time, Live-Out Housekeeper/Cook
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (with occasional flexibility for later evenings; no weekends required)
Salary: $100,000-$110,000+ annually, DOE (Experience must match this level of compensation), flexible and competitive for the right candidate.
Start Date: Flexible / ASAP
Relocation: NO! Local candidates only; must be able to commute reliably and on time

Children: Three girls (ages 11, 13, and 15) who split time between parents during the week
Home Size: Approximately 10,000 sq. ft.
Pets: One friendly, hypoallergenic Goldendoodle
Household Staff: Estate Manager (primary point of coordination and support)

Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

  • Perform full-charge housekeeping for a 10,000 sq. ft. residence, including detailed cleaning, organization, and ongoing home upkeep

  • Manage laundry and wardrobe care following detailed household protocols

  • Maintain household organization systems, including inventory management and proper storage of household items

  • Prepare simple, family-style dinners 2–3 evenings per week, following pre-planned menus and recipes provided by the family (no menu planning required)

  • Coordinate grocery ordering and deliveries in collaboration with the Estate Manager

  • Unpack, organize, and properly store household deliveries and packages

  • Follow established household systems precisely, including labeling food expiration dates and adhering to specific cleaning and laundry standards

  • Provide occasional driving support for older children to nearby school or activities (vehicle provided)

  • Assist with minimal pet-related tasks for the family’s Goldendoodle (e.g., meeting the groomer)

  • Communicate regularly with the Estate Manager and Principal via text and email regarding daily updates and priorities

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written)

  • Tech-comfortable and responsive via text and email throughout the workday

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Legal to work in the United States

  • Excellent, verifiable references

  • Discretion, professionalism, and respect for family privacy are essential
