Location: Bluewater Waterfront Grill, Wilmington, NC

Schedule: Full-time (hours vary based on service, typically evenings/weekends)

Compensation: $57,200 – $67,600 annually ​​​​​plus performance bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations

  • Lead and mentor line cooks, prep staff, and dish team

  • Uphold standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation

  • Support ordering, inventory, and food cost management

  • Collaborate with BOH leadership on menu execution

  • Jump in wherever needed—from sauté station to expo

  • Help build a positive kitchen culture rooted in teamwork and pride
