Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily front and back of house operations ensuring flawless service and execution

Partner with the General Manager to inspire, coach, and develop a high performing team

Lead by example whether greeting VIP guests, managing expo, or stepping in wherever needed during peak service

Elevate the guest experience through warm hospitality, quick problem solving, and attention to detail

Make informed, real time operational decisions while managing labor, scheduling, and financial performance

Foster a team culture that encourages growth, recognition, and enjoyment at work
Qualifications

2 to 3 plus years of full service restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast paced setting

Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and celebrate team success

Energetic, hands on, and committed to continuous improvement

Strong financial acumen including labor management, scheduling, and cost controls

Calm under pressure, decisive in the moment, and highly adaptable
