An Aspen-based private household is seeking an experienced full-time Executive Housekeeper to oversee and maintain the daily operations of their primary high-level residence. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining detailed housekeeping with staff management, organization, and overall household coordination.
Start Date: Flexible (ASAP or by the end of the year)
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours/week; up to 60 hours/week during travel or peak periods
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support a small housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service
- Oversee daily housekeeping routines, inventories, and supply management
- Perform hands-on cleaning, laundry, wardrobe care, and pressing (using organic products)
- Maintain guest suites and assist with packing/unpacking and overall home readiness
- Collaborate closely with the broader household team to ensure seamless daily operations and communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in private homes.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing at least two staff members in a primary residence
- Proven ability to implement systems, maintain standards, and lead by example
- Highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy and adaptable; comfortable around children and pets
- Valid U.S. work authorization and current passport
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $55-$60+/hour(DOE) + overtime pay

Housing & Relocation:
- A complimentary apartment nearby will be provided for the first 6 months to support relocation.
