Location: Cortlandt, NY
Rate: $30–$40/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday 2pm – 6pm (20 hours per week)

An active family located in Cortlandt, NY is seeking a proactive, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time House Manager to oversee the smooth daily operation of their home. The family employs weekly cleaning staff and is looking for someone who can manage household logistics, coordinate vendors, handle laundry and organization, and ensure the home runs efficiently. The role also includes assisting with errands, preparing simple dinners, and helping with school pick-up and drop-offs for their younger daughter.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily household operations and ensure systems run smoothly

Schedule, communicate with, and manage household vendors (maintenance, repairs, landscaping, etc.)

Handle all laundry, including washing, folding, ironing (as needed), and bed making

Keep closets, garage, shed, and storage spaces organized; manage seasonal clothing and home turnover

Cook easy, family-style dinners by following recipes or simple meal plans

Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and post office trips

Maintain household inventory and ensure supplies are stocked

Pick up younger daughter from school and drive to after-school activities

Keep track of maintenance schedules and anticipate household needs

Requirements

Prior experience as a House Manager, Executive Housekeeper, or in a similar private household role
