Philadelphia, PA couple is in search of a professional experienced and dedicated Full Time Live Out Housekeeper/Personal Assistant to maintain the cleanliness of their 2 apartments, located directly next to each other in one building located in Center City.
The family has additional properties located in NYC, Westhampton, NY, and Miami, FL. and ideally, it would be great if the candidate could be flexible if every other week they can take a day trip by train to NYC or lend a helping hand on a weekend in the Hamptons if needed.
The best fit for this family will be someone proactive who can act independently and be a team player, and coordinate with their Personal Assistant of many years who based in Miami. Someone to be on the ground locally, managing their home base in Philadelphia.
Must be able to communicate easily with others, and pleasant to be around.
Must like dogs. After their most recent loss of their family pet, the couple will plan to get a small Doodle at some point in the future.

A couple in Phila. that comes for heavy and more thorough deep cleaning.
A Personal Assistant based in Miami, and typically oversees most activities.

Position Responsibilities
Maintaining a smooth operational household
- Housekeeping: Full Daily house cleaning and maintenance of order
- Laundry: Knowledge of fine fabrics/ wardrobe care, delegate to dry cleaners when needed
- Changing linens
- Packing/Unpacking: Frequent Travel
- Errands: Dry Cleaners; Post Office, etc.
- Maintain household supplies/inventory: including stocking/restocking/organizing of groceries, pantries, refrigerators restocking supplies/inventory and household items
- Receive/unpack packages
Position Requirements
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. On occasion, if needed an extra set of hands for the weekend, the flexibility to travel to the Hamptons. Additional compensation/travel
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of similar experience
- Driving: Yes: Car provided for errands or a spot is available in the garage, Uber is an option for errands. For the right fit, the family will consider a transit pass if not driving to the city with their own vehicle.

Position Compensation
- Salary: $90,000 to $104,000 annually, plus yearly salary increase based on positive performance
