Position: Full-Time Live-Out Nanny
Location: Beacon, NY
Schedule:

Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Saturday: 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (absolute required hours) – Additional daytime hours during the week and over the weekend are negotiable and can be adjusted based on candidate availability.

Weekend hours: Flexible, weekends are not required, but an option to add additional hours if the candidate would like.
Compensation: $25–$35/hour, DOE
Commitment: Minimum 5-year preferred
A loving family in Beacon, NY is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable live-out nanny to join their household and provide care for two young children: a sweet and active 2.5-year-old son and a newborn daughter. The ideal candidate will have experience with toddlers, infants, and preemies, and will work collaboratively in a household with multiple caregivers.
About the Family & Setup:
You will work alongside a second nanny (covering M/W/F daytime hours, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM) to ensure seamless, loving care for both children. The mother will be working from home, requiring hands-on, full-time support as she recovers and balances family needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities for the toddler

Support newborn care, including specialized care for preemies

Manage child-related household tasks:

Children’s laundry and linens

Bottle/pump washing and sterilizing

Healthy meal prep for toddler

Tidying play areas, bedrooms, and organizing clothes and toys

Transport children to activities and appointments (must have own vehicle)

Maintain open and respectful communication with parents and second nanny

Create a calm, structured, and developmentally supportive environment
Ideal Candidate:

5+ years of professional nanny experience with infants and toddlers

Experience caring for premature infants and understanding their unique needs

Warm, reliable, proactive, and team-oriented

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Comfortable working in a household with a work-from-home parent

Non-smoker

Willing to wear a mask while working to protect the baby’s compromised immune system

Fully vaccinated, including Tdap and flu shots
