About the Family:
A warm, kind, and welcoming private family in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Family Assistant/Nanny to support the day-to-day operations of their household. They have a 2-year-old daughter who attends preschool in the mornings.
While the current focus of the role is primarily household support, the family is looking for someone who is naturally nurturing, caring, and genuinely loves children, and who is open to a role that may evolve organically over time, to include more childcare, as family needs change. Flexibility and comfort supporting both household operations and childcare are important, though the immediate need remains household-forward.
The family values trust, discretion, flexibility, and longevity. Dad travels frequently for work and works long hours, so consistent afternoon and evening support is especially helpful. They are currently renting a townhome and expect to move locally within Greenwich in the spring.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys household management, organization, and hands-on support, with childcare woven in as needed.
- Children: One child, age 2 years (G) – Attends preschool in the mornings and is home in the afternoons

- Pets: One friendly Cockapoo – A dog walker comes regularly; candidate must be comfortable with and enjoy being around dogs
- Household Staff: Cleaning crew who handles deep cleaning once a week

This is currently a household-focused role, with the majority of responsibilities centered on keeping the home running smoothly.
At present, the role is approximately 70% household support and 30% childcare, with the understanding that this balance may shift in the future depending on family needs or transitions, so prior nanny experience is preferred:
