Private Professional in Princeton, New Jersey Seeking a Nanny/Family Assistant
Position: Full-Time Live-Out Nanny/Family Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am start and epending on the boys activities, pick-up from school can be anywhere from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. Guaranteed 40 hours week, ok with personal time taken during the day if needed to break the day up and to be available through 7 pm. Flexible and availability for occasional evenings or weekends, with additional compensation.
Salary: $40.00 per hour, Salary through Payroll, guaranteed 40 hours, flexible for the right fit, depending upon experience
Start Date: ASAP
Relocation: No – local candidates only, must currently reside within a close proximity for a reasonable daily driving commute time.
About the Family
A Busy Professional who recently moved from Hoboken, NJ to Princeton, NJ is looking to hire a dependable and organized professional Nanny Family Assistant to help with everything needed to run a smooth household, including but not limited to: driving twin boys to/from school/activites, providing simple meals for them, and laundry. Someone with empathy, who is dependable, and highly organized will be a long-term fit.
- Children: Twin 13 year-old boys in 7th grade. One of the boys has ADHD and ODD. Principals mom is currently helping out as needed during this transitional time
- Household Staff: Cleaning service, 1 x week
Responsibilities
- Drive the boys to/from school, pickup after activities
- Provide attentive care as needed, experienced working with children diagnosed with ADHD and ODD is required
- Prepare healthy simple meals
- Light housekeeping, keeping home tidy and organized
- Laundry

The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and confident in their skills They should be naturally nurturing and empathetic, have a positive attitude, and take pride in maintaining a structured, clean, and peaceful environment. A flexible mindset, strong communication skills, and a calm demeanor are essential. Experience working with children/tweens with ADHD and ODD is required.
