Private Family in Greenwich, Connecticut Seeking a Full-Time German or French-Speaking Nanny / Family Assistant

Position: Full-Time Live-In or Live-Out Nanny / Family Assistant
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Mon/Wed/Fri: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Tues/Thurs: Morning drop-off 8:30-10 am + Afternoon/evening shift 3:00–7:00 PM

Guaranteed 40 hours/week
Occasional date nights (1–2x/month).
Salary: Around $30–$40 per hour, possible flexibility depending on experience! PLUS Health Insurance
Start Date: Beginning of January 2026 ideally
Relocation: Yes – open to relocation (housing available for live-in)

A warm and international French-German family in Greenwich, CT is seeking a loving, playful, and professional full-time Nanny/Family Assistant. Household Staff: Weekly housekeeper (1x per week)

Responsibilities

Provide nurturing, engaging, and developmentally focused care for their 2-year-old

Plan creative play, learning activities, outdoor time, and structured routines

Handle all child-related tasks including laundry, organizing, and keeping common areas tidy

Light household tasks during naps/daycare hours (e.g., kitchen cleanup, tidying living areas)

Dog walking as needed

Simple meal prep (primarily for the child)

Occasional grocery shopping or family errands
-
Drop-offs and pickups from daycare on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Occasional travel preferred but not required

Occasional evening coverage for date nights

Requirements

Prior professional nanny experience in a private household

Legal to work in the U.S.

CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
