Position: Full-Time, Spanish-Speaking Live-Out Nanny / Housekeeper
(Live-in may be considered if the right candidate is found but live-out is preferred)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (40 hours guaranteed)
Occasional evenings, weekends, or date nights available for additional hours
Salary: $30–$40 per hour (around $65,000–$80,000 annually), depending on experience and fit
Start Date: January 20, 2026 or after (flexible for the right candidate)
Relocation: Open to relocation; assistance available for the right candidate
About the Family
A warm, kind, and welcoming private family located in Middletown, Rhode Island is seeking a dedicated, professional, and long-term Nanny / Housekeeper to support their growing household. The family values kindness, communication, reliability, and mutual respect, and is looking for someone who truly enjoys being part of a family environment.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable caring for both infants and toddlers.

Currently a 3-bedroom home (~2,000 sq ft)

Planning to move to a farmhouse in about one year (similar size)
Pets & Animals:
The family currently has pets and plans to expand over time to include animals such as chickens, pigs, horses, cows, dogs, and geckos. The candidate must be very comfortable around animals.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
This role is a true nanny/housekeeper hybrid, including childcare, organization, and full housekeeping for their 2,000 sq ft home.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing attentive, nurturing care for two young children

Supporting developmental play, routines, and daily structure

Daily laundry and dishes

General housekeeping and tidying

Strong organizational support (maintaining systems, not just cleaning)
- Keeping children’s areas neat and well-organized
- Full housekeeping for their 3 bed, 2 bath home

Occasional help with light cooking and household errands (mail, dry cleaning, post office, etc.)
The family places a high value on organization—they are seeking someone who is thoughtful about systems, consistency, and keeping the home orderly in a meaningful, sustainable way.
During future summers (possibly starting summer 2026), the family may spend time in California or elsewhere. During those periods, the role would shift more toward full-time housekeeping, organization, and property care with no childcare during those periods of time.
