Family & Principal Overview
The principal is a busy executive, working remotely with a demanding schedule. While she has administrative support professionally, her personal administrative needs have become overwhelming due to the complexity of her responsibilities and life circumstances.
She is a single mother of two children (ages 14 and 11), manages care and affairs for her father who has Parkinson’s disease, and oversees several family properties in Vermont and Florida with the support of a bookkeeper. She is also the executor of her late mother’s estate and continues to manage an off-site home that was heavily hoarded/collected, located nearby.
An organizer has helped establish systems, but execution and follow-through are the primary challenges. The home office and paperwork cause significant anxiety, and the principal needs a hands-on, compassionate, highly organized assistant to help her regain control and reduce stress.
