Schedule Options:

Option 1: Part-Time — approximately 2 weeks per month while the family is in Fort Lauderdale

Option 2: Full-Time — travel with the family to New Jersey and receive a full-time salary

Flexibility: Occasional late evenings or overnight care when parents have events

Travel: Willingness to travel with the family for vacations is a plus

About the Family
We are a warm, respectful same-sex couple seeking a dependable, nurturing, and experienced Nanny/Housekeeper to support our family while we are in South Florida and potentially beyond. Primary Responsibilities
Childcare (Primary Focus)

Provide attentive, hands-on care for our one-year-old son

Engage in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and outings

Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and bottles

Manage nap schedules and daily routines
-
Maintain a calm, safe, and structured environment
-
Evening care as needed, including dinner, bath time, and bedtime routine
-
Provide attentive care during occasional late evenings or overnight shifts
Household Support
-
Light to moderate housekeeping, including:
-
Tidying common living areas throughout the day
-
Wiping surfaces and maintaining overall organization
-
Loading and unloading the dishwasher
-
Light household and baby laundry
-
Occasional bed making
-

Grocery shopping and light household errands approximately once per week (scheduled during working hours)

Supporting the smooth daily flow of the household while prioritizing childcare

Requirements

Proven experience as a nanny and/or nanny/housekeeper

Infant/toddler childcare experience required

Comfortable balancing childcare with household support

Ability to work independently while following established routines

Strong references from prior families

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Willingness to travel domestically (preferred)
