Position: Full-Time Live-In/Live-Out Nanny
Schedule: Slight schedule change every other week
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience

A generous and welcoming private family located in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and nurturing Nanny to support their household. The nanny will live in on the days the children are with their father and live out on off days. This family values reliability, kindness, and long-term commitment.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate childcare for two children

Manage morning routines, including preparing school lunches, packing school bags, and getting children ready for the day

Drive children to and from school and activities (vehicle provided)

Engage children in enriching activities such as arts and crafts, games, and outings

Plan and supervise age-appropriate playdates and weekend excursions

Light housekeeping related to the children

Run errands as needed

Take children on outings -trampoline parks, children’s museums, and birthday parties

Travel with the family to Montauk, NY for several weeks during the summer
Schedule Details

Week 1: Wednesday at 3:30 PM (school pickup) through Sunday morning

Week 2: Thursday at 4:00 PM (school pickup) through Sunday morning

School Hours: Children attend school during the day, the nanny will have a long break and some other tasks to complete (run errands, make children’s beds, etc)
Ideal Candidate & Personality
The ideal candidate is warm, nurturing, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with children. They are proactive, organized, and comfortable managing their responsibilities independently. This individual should be flexible, appreciative, and calm in demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
Requirements

Prior experience in a similar nanny role within a private household

Several years of professional childcare experience

Excellent references (minimum of two)

Legal to work in the United States

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Comfortable driving children (family vehicle provided)

Willing and able to travel, including extended summer travel

English-speaking

CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

Must pass a stringent background check and drug testing upon offer
