Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $35 – $40 per hour (Paid through payroll)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented full-time Housekeeper to join a team maintaining a 14,000 sq ft private residence in McLean, VA. This is a weekday-only role focused solely on housekeeping duties in a fully staffed and well-organized household.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning, upkeep, and organization of the interior of the residence
- Laundry and ironing, including care for delicate and high-end fabrics
- Deep cleaning on a rotating schedule to maintain overall cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness in pet areas (two friendly dogs in the home)
- Work collaboratively with two other housekeepers to ensure seamless service
- Maintain and manage household cleaning supplies and inventory
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in professional housekeeping, preferably in large or high-end homes
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while also functioning as part of a team
- Pet-friendly and comfortable around dogs
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must speak Spanish
