Private Family in Georgetown, Washington, DC Seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper
Position: Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours per week (flexibility required)
Salary: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience
Start Date: Flexible / ASAP
Relocation: No – local Georgetown/DC-area candidates only
About the Family
A private family located in Georgetown, Washington, DC is seeking an experienced, self-sufficient Full-Time Housekeeper to support their household during a sensitive and transitional time. The family recently returned to the U.S. after spending the past several years in Germany and is reestablishing their homes in Georgetown.
The primary residence is a 1,100 sq ft flat. In addition, there are two nearby Georgetown properties that are currently unused but will come back into rotation once renovations are completed (anticipated around June). The housekeeper will help maintain the primary residence now and gradually support the additional homes as they come back into use.
The family values discretion, competence, and initiative and is looking for someone who can truly take ownership of the home(s) without needing to be closely managed.

Responsibilities

Full-charge housekeeping and daily upkeep of the home(s)

Light household management tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly even when the family is traveling
