About the Family

A warm, organized private family is seeking an experienced, reliable, and nurturing Nanny / Household Manager to join their household long-term. The family currently has a 2.5-year-old daughter, and is expecting a baby boy with an estimated due date of March 13. This role is ideal for a professional nanny who enjoys growing with a family and is confident caring for both toddlers and newborns.

The family employs a regular professional cleaning service multiple times per week that handles all deep cleaning. A 24/7 night nurse will be in place for approximately two months following the birth, allowing the nanny to focus primarily on daytime care and household support.

Children

  • Daughter: 2.5 years old; enrolled in school daily until 3:00 PM through May

  • Newborn baby boy: Expected March 13 (primary care beginning mid-May)

Position Overview

This position begins with a lighter, guaranteed schedule focused primarily on household management and toddler care while the toddler is in school. As the baby arrives and the family’s needs evolve, the role will transition into a primarily newborn-focused nanny position, with continued after-school care for Charlotte.

The family is willing to guarantee full-time compensation during the initial phase, even if fewer hours are actively needed, for the right long-term candidate.
