Position Overview
A warm, organized, and experienced Spanish/English-speaking Nanny is needed for a busy dual-working family in Bethesda, MD. Both parents work from home, and the Nanny will work collaboratively alongside another full-time Nanny to support the household and care for two girls, ages 10 and 4.
This is a long-term, live-out position ideal for a professional Nanny who enjoys teamwork, structure, and helping a household run smoothly.

Spanish immersion is a key priority; the Nanny should speak to the children in Spanish most of the time
Responsibilities

Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for both children

Communicate with the children primarily in Spanish to support language development

Collaborate closely with another full-time Nanny to ensure seamless coverage and consistency

Assist with morning routines, school preparation, and after-school care

Drive children to and from school and activities as needed (family vehicle provided for work use)

Run family-related errands when requested

Order groceries online for delivery and assist with light household organization related to the children

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment

Support a smooth household flow while parents work from home
Pet Considerations

Family has a friendly Bernedoodle puppy

Nanny must be comfortable around dogs

No pet care responsibilities required, though optional dog walking is welcome if desired

Family employs a professional dog walker and dog trainer
Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish and English (Spanish required for daily communication with children)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Confident, safe driver

Experience working with school-aged children and preschoolers

Comfortable working in a home with work-from-home parents

Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented

Compensation
