Private Family Seeking a Housekeeper/Nanny in Coral Gables, Florida
Location: Coral Gables, Florida
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (flexibility required)
Compensation: $30–$40 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime for hours over 40
Benefits: Two (2) weeks of paid time off (PTO); paid holidays (option to work holidays for additional pay)
Start Date: Flexible for the right candidate
Living Arrangement: Live-in or live-out (private bedroom and bathroom provided for live-in)

The family has two school-aged children (ages 8 and 5) and is expecting their third child in March. The mother is a stay-at-home parent who is very involved with the children and is looking for an extra set of hands to help keep the household running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting a busy family dynamic, balancing housekeeping responsibilities with light childcare support, and adapting to changing daily needs. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys being helpful, proactive, and flexible.
Household Details
Children: Two children, ages 8 and 5; newborn expected in March
School Schedule: Older children attend school from approximately 7:30 AM–3:00 PM and have after-school activities most days
Parents: Mother is a stay-at-home parent; father travels frequently for work

Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties

General household cleaning and daily upkeep

Family laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away

Maintaining organization throughout the home

Occasional dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up runs
Childcare & Family Support

Assist with infant care as needed while the mother is home

Provide coverage with the baby so the mother can shower, run quick errands, or attend to tasks

Help with school pick-ups, drop-offs, and transportation to after-school activities

Care for the infant at home while the mother handles school runs or activities with the older children
