A high-profile individual and their partner are seeking a professional, experienced Housekeeper to join their established household team in a 5-story Upper East Side townhouse. This is a refined, fast-paced environment with high standards, where discretion, professionalism, and teamwork are essential. The home is fully staffed with a collaborative housekeeping team and operates with structure and mutual respect.
Responsibilities

General Housekeeping:
Maintain the residence to impeccable standards, including daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and organization across all living areas, gym, dining room, and common spaces. Care for fine furnishings, surfaces, fixtures, artwork, and delicate materials. -
Laundry & Wardrobe Care:
Manage family laundry with precision, including washing, folding, steaming, and wardrobe organization. -
Pet Care:
Assist with daily care and upkeep for 2–3 small dogs (under 5 lbs), including maintaining cleanliness of pet areas and supporting daily routines as needed. -
Team Collaboration:
Work seamlessly alongside a team of 2–3 housekeepers, supporting shared responsibilities and maintaining smooth daily household operations. -
Flexibility & Travel:
Adjust schedule as needed, work occasional weekends, and travel to other properties when required. -
Discretion & Professional Conduct:
Uphold strict confidentiality at all times and maintain a calm, professional presence within the home, treating all principals, guests, and staff with the same level of respect and normalcy.
Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3+ years of experience in private households, luxury estates, or high-end hospitality environments

Proven experience working in large, multi-level homes with fine finishes and valuable furnishings

Highly detail-oriented, polished, and proactive

Comfortable working in a high-profile household with maturity, discretion, and professionalism

Able to remain composed and focused without distraction by status or visibility

Pet-friendly and confident caring for small dogs

Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Reliable, adaptable, and able to take direction well

U.S. Passport required and willingness to travel as needed
