Position: Full-Time Live-In Nanny
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–8:00 PM, plus one scheduled weekend per month (schedule provided six months in advance)

Compensation:
$80,000-$110,000/year

About the Family

A high-functioning, structured, and professional family located in Wyndmoor, PA is seeking a full-time nanny to support their dynamic household. The parents are attorneys who run a law firm and maintain demanding professional schedules. Their home operates with clear systems, defined routines, and direct communication.

This is a blended family with four children whose schedules rotate. At times, you may care for all four children; at other times, you may be responsible for just one child. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, emotionally mature household staff member who can support a structured but dynamic family environment. This role requires a calm presence, strong judgment, intellectual maturity, and the ability to operate independently while following clearly defined systems.

The ideal candidate understands that their role is to support a peaceful, well-run household while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values stability, discretion, and professionalism.


Responsibilities

On a typical day, duties may include:

Supporting children’s daily routines, including school pick-ups, transitions to activities, and evening wind-down

Preparing simple, nutritious meals for the children

Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care that encourages independence and consistency

Maintaining household order related to the children and shared family spaces

Coordinating schedules, logistics, and daily transitions

Communicating clearly and directly with parents regarding plans, needs, and observations

Following written routines, checklists, and established household systems

Anticipating needs and acting without constant supervision

Adapting to schedule changes due to travel, work demands, or family needs

Traveling domestically and internationally as needed, including at least one weekend per month at the family’s South Florida residence

Driving is required. The nanny must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle (gas reimbursed).

House management experience is a plus, as light coordination and organizational oversight may be incorporated into the role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university (required)

Prior professional nanny experience in a private household

Experience caring for children ages 2 through 12

High emotional regulation and professionalism

Strong respect for privacy and discretion

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable personal vehicle

Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally

Ability to travel to the family’s South Florida residence at least one weekend per month

Legal authorization to work in the United States

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Willingness to sign an NDA
