Location: Upper East Side neighborhood in New York City, NY
Schedule: Full-time with flexibility; option for 1–2 days/week remote and 3-4 days/week on the Upper East Side

About the Household
A dual-professional couple working in finance and the creative/textiles sector seeks an experienced Personal Assistant to support their fast-paced, international lifestyle. The principals maintain residences in New York City, Amagansett, London, and Dubai, and share their homes with four Ragdoll cats.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual who thrives in a dynamic private household environment and can seamlessly manage both personal and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Household Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a New York City townhouse and Amagansett beach house
- Coordinate and manage all vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff
- Liaise with property management teams for London and Dubai residences
- Ensure all homes are maintained to the highest standard and fully operational at all times
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange all travel, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Manage complex international travel logistics
- Coordinate and prepare all required documentation for international pet travel
Financial & Administrative Management
- Handle payment of all personal and household expenses across multiple properties
- Track spending, maintain organized financial records, and liaise with accountants
- Manage insurance policies, renewals, and critical documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of all administrative matters
Textile Studio Support (1 day/week)
- Provide administrative and back-office support to a boutique textile business based in Long Island City
- Assist with organization, documentation, and operational processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals or managing complex private households
- Based in New York City with strong familiarity with the local area
- Demonstrated financial literacy, including bookkeeping and expense management
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for drafting, research, and document review
- Exceptional discretion, loyalty, and professionalism
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues before they arise
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience
- Potential health insurance stipend
- Flexible work arrangement with the option to work remotely 1–2 days per week
