Please read though our FAQ below for solutions to common account issues. 

If you continue to experience issues, please create a new support request.

There are many instances when you have been added to our internal candidate database but have not been registered with our jobs website. This means you do not actually have a jobs.householdstaffing.com dashboard account with us. 

To fix:

Please visit our registration page here and begin the registration process with your current email address. If the process continues without error, you will receive an email confirmation and can continue setting up your dashboard account.

Email at times can certainly be fussy. 

To fix:

If you have confirmed that our confirmation email has not gone into your spam or trash folders, please submit a support request and we will activate your account.

To fix:

If you have confirmed that our reset email has not gone into your spam or trash folders, please submit a support request to have your dashboard password manually updated.

At times our system will timeout stale confirmation messages. 

To fix:

Sign Out of the website and close the browser tab the site is loaded in. Open a new tab and re-log into the website. You should now be greeted with a preliminary profile creation form.

To fix:

Please ensure that your resume is of a file format allowed for upload to our database. These formats include:

  • Microsoft Word
  • .txt Format File
  • PDF File
  • File size no larger than 2mb

To fix:

Please ensure that your personal photo is of a file format allowed for upload to our database. These formats include:

  1. JPG, PNG
  2. File size no larger than 2mb
  3. (Optional but preferred) 1:1 ratio at a minimum of 255px w/h

We’re sorry to see you go! Hopefully this is a sweet parting because we have placed you with your dream position!

To fix:

Please submit a support request to alert us that you would like your account closed.
