Housekeeper

Part Time UHNW Housekeeper Part Time/Live Out

Private family looking to hire a Part-time Housekeeper to work 2 days a week and Saturday and Sunday.  Ideal individual will be work with class and poise to be able to handle the demands of a busy executive.   The client is flexible on what days you work  during the week and the work hours are between 5-8 hours a day.  

Housekeeper Responsibilities:
* Reading a Google Document to look out for any special instructions from the principal for that day.
*Full bathroom cleaning (3 bathrooms)
*Full kitchen cleaning + dish washing
*Garbage collection and removal
*Laundry: clothes, sheets, towels — this includes washing, drying, folding, and putting back onto shelves
*Changing linens
*Cleaning all rooms: dusting, washing wood floors, vacuuming carpets, carefully cleaning delicate furniture
*Cleaning interior windows
*Taking out and picking up dry cleaning from the facility down the street
*Grocery shopping at the store down the street
*Taking stock of all cleaning materials and replenishing via an Amazon.com account
*Opening packages, unpacking supplies, and breaking down boxes
*Checking air filters and water filters looking for replacement status
*Monitoring other home systems and notifying us if anything needs to be repaired

What Works Best for Family: Quiet and friendly personality and someone who pays special attention to detail and take care of high end furniture properly. It will be someone who takes pride in their work.  Extremely responsible.  Ability to order supplies via an Amazon.com account setup for her.  Ability to read daily instructions via a Google document. 
Requested Duration: As long as possible!

Position Compensation

  • Salary: $30 – $35 depending on level of experience
