Personal Assistant Full Time/Live Out

Specifically, the Mrs. is in need of a Personal Assistant who can handle insurance paperwork, trust paperwork, bill management, travel planning, and packing amongst other daily tasks. Must also be competent and experienced in reviewing staff checklists and managing other staff. A candidate willing to cook or do prep for meals either occasionally or more often if they enjoy cooking would be highly prioritized in consideration. The personal assistant would also help with entertaining, errands, shopping etc. 
 
The candidate should be tech savy, as the Mrs. struggles in this department. They will proactively and intuitively handle all social secretarial duties, including sending and receiving invitations and replies, incoming & outgoing emails, monitoring all paperwork & bills, & hiring and overseeing contractors needed for her personal and Foundation work. The PA will independently delegate and directly report to the focused Principal who will finally be able to allocate time for herself, feeling confident & comfortable while enjoying yoga, the outdoors, or a game of bridge with friends. Namaste. Must currently reside within close proximity to the Palm Beach, Fl area.
