Housekeeper Full Time/Live Out

Private family looking hire a Full Time Housekeeper to work as a live out housekeeper in their McLean, Virginia home. Home is 9,000 square feet. They are looking for someone as soon as possible. Must be okay with a dog in the house and walking the dog occasionally. Deep housekeeping is expected with the majority of the time spent doing laundry and cleaning and organizing teenage girls' bedroom. They need someone to help prep dinner, serve dinner and then clean up after dinner.

Current Staff: Replacing current housekeeper who is moving

Position Responsibilities

  • Childcare: 2 Children, Ages 16
  • Housekeeping: Full Deep Housekeeping Required
  • Cooking: Help Start/Prep for Dinner,Plain Cooking Required
  • Laundry: Family Laundry, Ironing
  • Errands: Dry Cleaners, Post Office, Grocery Store
  • Driving: Required
  • Travel: No Travel Required

Position Requirements

  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Experience: 3 Years of Experience
  • References: Minimum of 2 References
  • Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
  • Personality Traits: Friendly, detail-oriented, trustworthy, dog lover, organized

Position Compensation

  • Salary: $25+/hour
  • Living Accommodations: Live Out
  • Vacation: 2 weeks/year
