We are seeking a diligent and organized Housekeeper to join our team and help maintain the home of a Viral YouTuber based in Blue Bell, PA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the household, allowing our client to focus on their creative endeavors. Flexibility to travel is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Morning (9am-11am):
- Pick up coffee for the client, ensuring it aligns with their preferences.
- Go over the client's schedule/list for the day and communicate any important information.
- Check in with contractors who will be arriving on-site.
- Tidy up the client's room, make the bed, put away miscellaneous items, and sanitize and wipe down surfaces.
- Prepare and serve the client's breakfast.
- Start and manage laundry, ensuring it doesn't overflow, and handling special outfits as needed.
- Do laundry for whites (towels and sheets) separately.
- Keep the house tidy by picking up miscellaneous trash and shoes.
- Respond to emails, assist with scheduling calls, and manage communication.
- Unload and reload the dishwasher as needed.
- Reorder groceries and supplies through Instacart/Amazon as required.
Midday:
- Prepare and serve lunch for the client, ensuring it's ready at 1 pm.
- Restock food in the fridge and pantry from Instacart/Amazon deliveries (3 times a week).
- Vacuum and tidy the house to maintain cleanliness.
- Regularly restock the fridge with fresh water.
- Clean out the fridge, discarding expired or moldy food (Fridays only).
- Continue managing email communication and update the to-do list.
- Handle mail/package deliveries, unboxing and organizing them.
- Pick up mail from the UPS store on a bi-weekly basis.
- Clean up the dining table after lunch.
Afternoon/Evening:
- Complete laundry tasks, folding and putting away clothes (2-3 times a week).
- Conduct a final clean of the client's room.
- Run the dishwasher and ensure it's emptied.
- Wipe down desks and kitchen counters to maintain hygiene.
- Sanitize common surfaces, including door handles and light switches.
- Vacuum and mop floors throughout the house.
- Take out the trash and break down any boxes for disposal.
- Send the client's schedule for the next day via text.
- Ensure all doors are locked and the house is secured at the end of the day.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of client preferences and the ability to cater to their needs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and schedules.
- Valid driver's license for coffee and supply runs.

Position Compensation
- Salary: $25 to $35/hour depending on experience (10-99 Employee)
