Seeking a dedicated and experienced Part Time Housekeeper to provide exceptional housekeeping services to an Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) single individual in the Hell's Kitchen area 5 days/week for 3-4 hours per day.The ideal candidate should possess a meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. The Housekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the residence, as well as assisting with various household tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed and thorough housekeeping duties, ensuring all areas of the residence are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
- Handle laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, and folding high-end clothing items and linens.
- Carefully manage delicate fabrics and garments, following specific care instructions and maintaining the highest standards of garment care.
- Coordinate and manage dry cleaning services for clothing items as needed.
- Assist with grocery shopping, ensuring the residence is well-stocked with the his preferred items and managing inventory as required.
- Run various errands such as picking up packages, delivering items, etc.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism at all times, understanding the sensitive nature of working within a UHNW household.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper, preferably within a UHNW family or high-end residential environment.
- Demonstrated experience with high-end clothing items, including proper care, washing, ironing, and garment maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a meticulously clean and organized environment.
- Ability to handle delicate and valuable items with care and precision.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Discretion and professionalism, understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality within a private household.
- Flexibility to work 5-6 days a week, including weekends and holidays, as required by the family's schedule.
