The Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate will share in the family's travel accompanying them on exciting trips to destinations like Florida for Christmas, New Year's, Turks and Caicos, and Beaver Creek. While joining the family in Beaver Creek is a plus, it's not mandatory. You'll enjoy weekends off unless there's a special date night request.
Position Overview: As a Live-in Housekeeper/Nanny, your role revolves around creating a comfortable and organized home life:
Childcare:
- Assisting the mom in getting the kids ready for school.
- Collaborating with the mom for morning and after-school activities.
- Taking care of the younger son in the early morning and overseeing his afternoon nap.
Housekeeping:
- Conducting comprehensive house cleaning throughout the day, maintaining a spotless environment. (They have a housekeeper come once a week to deep clean)
- Assisting with morning cleanup.
- Running errands and grocery shopping.
- Making beds and changing sheets weekly.
- Managing family laundry.
- Caring for the family dog, including walks and grooming appointments as needed.
What Works Best for the Family: The family values a candidate with boundless energy, strong organizational and time management skills, and a passion for travel. The mom appreciates a self-starter who can work independently and enjoys feeling like an integral part of the family.

Position Details:
- Requested Duration: Long-term commitment
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, with a longer break later in the morning. Flexibility to assist on Saturday nights for date nights with advance notice.

- References: Minimum of 2 references
- Background: Successful completion of stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire.
Position Compensation:
- Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per year (Depending on Experience)
- Living Accommodations: Live-in position with a private bedroom in the finished basement and a full bathroom.
