Seeking an energetic and dedicated full-time housekeeper in Greenwich Village to join our household team.
Ideal Candidate: We live in a townhome with no elevator and six flights of steps, so the ideal candidate must have the stamina and physical fitness to manage the daily housekeeping tasks in this environment. In addition to our Greenwich Village residence, we also have other properties in the city, and the selected housekeeper will be part of our team, ensuring all our properties are well-maintained when needed. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a formal home and in formal meal service. We entertain and would like the housekeeper to feel comfortable and know the proper way to serve a meal.

Responsibilities:
- Full Housekeeping: Perform all aspects of daily housekeeping, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Laundry and Ironing: Handle laundry, including sorting, washing, folding, and ironing, ensuring all clothing and linens are properly cared for.
- Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all rooms and storage areas within the residence.
- Staircase Maintenance: Navigate six flights of stairs multiple times a day while carrying out housekeeping duties.
- Stock and Inventory: Keep track of household cleaning supplies and notify the employer when supplies need replenishing.
- Occasional Assistance: Assist with occasional errands or other tasks as requested by the employer.
Requirements:
- Physical Fitness: Must have the energy, strength, and stamina to navigate a six-flight staircase frequently throughout the day.
- Experience: Proven experience as a housekeeper in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cleaning and organizing best practices.
- Laundry and Ironing Skills: Proficiency in laundry care and ironing.
- Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are essential for this role.
- Formal Home Experience, including formal meal service
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain an organized and tidy living environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Work Hours: M-Fri, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Compensation
- Salary: $90-110K, on payroll, DOE
