Private Family in Lakewood, CO – Looking to hire a Live-Out Family Assistant with a passion for providing exceptional assistance. Prior experience and availability to work 9 am to 5 pm (with the flexibility to adjust hours as needed) M-F, and occasional weekend work or extended hours may be required.
This role requires a kind, patient, and child-friendly individual who has experience in looking after children.
Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant
- Exhibit a love of fashion, has a sense of fashion, and possesses a keen sense of style. Ability to put a wardrobe together for trips, events, and everyday wear. Personal shopping & returns
- Assist with personal and business-related errands, travel planning, packing, and unpacking for both the family and children The housekeeper helps with packing and unpacking for the kids as needed.
- Providing administrative assistance, including managing emails, calendars, and appointments for both family and children
- Ensure all necessary supplies are ordered and prepared for events, such as tailgate parties
- Oversee vendors, maintain a list of household tasks, and coordinate with on-staff handyman
- Comfortable with large dogs
- Tech savvy: proficient in managing Google Calendar and Google Drive
- Perform various errands, such as picking up prescriptions.
- Driving: Preferred
What Works Best for Family: Someone who is a good listener, a list maker-wear many hats, and adapts to various tasks within the home.
Exceptional attention to detail, able to get into routines and habits of the household but not get overwhelmed by sporadic tasks.

Position Compensation
- Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 a year
