Private family looking hire a Nanny/House-Manager in Alexandria, VA!
The Ideal Candidate: Client is seeking a warm and nurturing individual to join their family as a Nanny/House Manager. This position involves caring for two sweet boys, aged almost 3 and 14 months, and managing various household tasks. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys engaging in activities with children, values laughter, and is committed to creating a supportive and loving environment. The top priority of this role is creating a great environment for the kiddos. Mom is really looking for someone who can come in and take some tasks off her plate. Mom and dad are both career oriented and know the value of a great, lifelong nanny! Kids attend daycare on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 AM to 12 PM. After daycare, nap time from 1 PM to 3 PM. Kids are home all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The ideal candidate will be nurturing and has a supportive demeanor. Enjoys actively participating in children's play and reading to them. Is patient and understanding in interactions with children. Mindful of food choices and capable of preparing nutritious meals for children. Responsibilities:
Child Care:
Provide attentive and caring supervision for the children.
Engage in age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, reading, and playtime.
Prepare and feed nutritious meals for the children.
Take children to activities such as the park, library, etc
House Management:
Perform light cleaning duties, ensuring a tidy and organized living space.
Manage household tasks such as toy organization, laundry, and kitchen tidy up.
Assist with meal preparation would be great!
Ability to travel within the state is a plus and would be considered a bonus.

Position Compensation
- Salary: $30-$35/hr+
