Temporary Housekeeper Position
Duration: Two weeks, starting ASAP (ideally tomorrow)
Contract Period: October 21, 2023, to November 4, 2023
Hours:
- Sunday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: $40-50 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced housekeeper to fill a temporary position for a duration of two weeks. The role will require the candidate to work closely with the client's executive housekeeper, who will be visiting their home in New York City from London.
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the executive housekeeper and other household staff.
- Proficient in maintaining a Kosher home and kitchen, with extensive knowledge of Kosher requirements.
- Assist in serving lunch and ensuring all Kosher dietary restrictions are adhered to.
- Manage daily housekeeping tasks, including bedding changes, vacuuming, ironing, and steaming.
- Coordinate with executive housekeeper to ensure smooth operations of the household.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism, especially when dealing with high-net-worth individuals.
- Understand the unique needs of an ultra-high-net-worth family.
Additional Information:
- The family spends approximately three months a year in their New York City residence.
- This temporary position has the potential to lead to future contract opportunities.
- The role is a live-out position.
- The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sundays through Fridays and from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
