Job Title: Family Personal Assistant needed starting March 1st

Location: Englewood, Co 

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (30-40 hours)

Schedule: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday 

Compensation: $35-$40/hr, health benefits after 90 days, PTO

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly shopping and adeptly manage meal and snack preparation.
  • Occasionally prepare family meals to add a special touch to our dining experience.
  • Maintain a welcoming home environment by attending to housework tasks with attention to detail.
  • Ensure the safety and reliability of child pick-up and transportation.
  • Provide attentive pet care, including walks and occasional pet-sitting.
  • Take charge of family calendar planning and efficient management.
  • Handle various family administrative tasks with precision.
  • Embrace opportunities for occasional domestic and international travel, managing logistics seamlessly.
  • Assist with daily time management and optimize productivity.
  • Respond to diverse requests by running errands efficiently.
  • Meticulously plan travel details, covering flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements for both parents.
  • Draft polished and articulate correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Assist with research and organising information into a presentation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience.
  • Legal right to work in the United States.
