Schedule: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly shopping and adeptly manage meal and snack preparation.

- Maintain a welcoming home environment by attending to housework tasks with attention to detail.
- Ensure the safety and reliability of child pick-up and transportation.
- Provide attentive pet care, including walks and occasional pet-sitting.
- Take charge of family calendar planning and efficient management.
- Handle various family administrative tasks with precision.
- Embrace opportunities for occasional domestic and international travel, managing logistics seamlessly.
- Assist with daily time management and optimize productivity.
- Respond to diverse requests by running errands efficiently.
- Meticulously plan travel details, covering flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements for both parents.
- Draft polished and articulate correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Assist with research and organising information into a presentation.
