Busy family living in Fairfield County- Westport, Connecticut looking to find a Housekeeper/Family assistant.
The ideal candidate is someone who has prior knowledge of what cleaning solutions are used on what surfaces, materials, etc. Someone who values working for a mom who is organized. She already has a schedule that works for her housekeeper and family. This schedule ensures that the housekeeper isn’t cleaning the kitchen when she may be having a lunch meeting there, and that everyone knows which rooms to avoid when the housekeeper is cleaning. Housekeeper should have experience doing laundry.
What works best for this family- The afternoon portion of this position will be spent taking the dog for a short walk, preparing dinner for the kids (mostly just heating up meals and maybe making something like pasta- simple), driving the children places, helping them prepare for the next day. This person should enjoy engaging with older children.
