Busy family in Beacon, NY is relocating from Manhattan and is seeking a responsible and nurturing individual to join their family as a Nanny/Housekeeper on or before August 1st. The primary focus of this role will be caring for their two children, ages 4 and 2, while also assisting with household duties to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, communicative, and dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for their children.
Key Responsibilities:

Childcare:
- Provide attentive care and supervision to their two children, aged 4 and 2.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.

Transportation:
- Drive children to school promptly at 8:30 am for a 9:00 am arrival.
- Pick up the younger child at 12:00 pm and safely transport him home.
- Use the family car for all job-related transportation needs.

Household Duties:
- Help children get ready for school in the am.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks while children are at school, including laundry and grocery shopping.
- Meal prep all kids meals including snacks.
- Keep children's areas neat and tidy.

Transition Support:
- Assist with transitioning the younger child for naptime upon returning home from school at 12:00 pm.
- Work closely with the afternoon/evening nanny to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities at 2:00 pm.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a nanny or in a childcare-related role.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents.
- Mature, responsible, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 2:00 pm (with potential for additional hours if desired by the candidate).
Benefits:
$30 – $35/hour DOE
