Job Title: Butler/Assistant

Location: Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, CA

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Position Summary:

A UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) individual in Beverly Hills is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and professional Butler/Assistant to provide personalized support. This role requires a highly trustworthy individual who can ensure privacy and discretion while handling various responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Errand Running:

    • Perform various errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and other personal shopping needs.
    • Handle mail and package deliveries.
    • Assist with miscellaneous tasks as required to ensure the smooth daily operations of the household.
  2. Pet Care/Pet Sitting:

    • Provide attentive and loving care for pets, including feeding, walking, and grooming.
    • Ensure pets are safe, healthy, and happy.
    • Manage veterinary appointments and maintain pet health records.
  3. Driving:

    • Drive the individual to appointments, meetings, and social functions.
    • Ensure the vehicle is maintained, clean, and ready for use.
    • Run car-related errands such as fueling, servicing, and registration renewals.


  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-net-worth household.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent driving skills with knowledge of the Los Angeles area, particularly Beverly Hills.
  • Pet care experience is essential; a genuine love for animals.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
