This exciting opportunity offers ample overtime throughout the year when the client is in residence, as well as a generous benefits package!

Location: Pacific Heights, San Francisco

Schedule: Monday through Friday = 40 hours per week. Overtime and flexibility with schedule required when Principal is in residence (about 4 to 6 times per year).

Duties: The Principal is a single individual. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of two Housekeepers, hands on cleaning when needed, personal laundry and household linens, ironing sheets and linens, and occasionally preparing simple meals or food prep. Care for all fine silver, china, crystal, antiques. This position, while being a managerial position, will require some hands on cleaning with existing staff as needed.

Requirements: The ideal Candidate will have extensive long-term experience working in large, high-end, multi-staffed homes, be familiar with formal table service, and have strong communication skills. Must have experience and knowledge how to clean and care for special fabrics, carpets, surfaces in the home. Must be a team player who is able to work well with other staff.

  • Recent, substantial professional experience working in private homes as a Housekeeper
  • Verifiable, strong references for your prior work experience
  • Ability to drive and a valid California driver license
  • Able to work legally in the United States
  • Able to make at least a one-year commitment, ideally longer

Salary:
$60-65+ per hour plus health insurance, 401K plan, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick days, and guaranteed pay for 52 weeks of the year. Additional compensation includes up to 320-480 hours of overtime per year at 1.5x the regular rate of pay.
