Private family looking hire a Part-Time Family Assistant/Nanny/House Manager
- Salary: $30-35/hour (Flexible DOE)
- Schedule: M-Th 2 PM – 7 PM (Some evenings/weekends)

We are a busy family of four seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Family Assistant/Nanny/House Manager to help our household run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience working with school-aged children, especially those in elementary and middle school. You’ll be responsible for managing daily household tasks, including light housekeeping, children’s laundry, organizing, grocery shopping, household inventory management, limited meal prep/cooking, organizing home projects, and other errands/tasks. We need someone who can assist with school pick-ups and drop-offs, help with homework, supervise chores, and occasionally drive the kids to activities. The ability to plan home projects and events, such as birthday parties, would be a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with children are essential. A valid driver's license, up-to-date COVID and flu vaccinations, and the ability to pass a background check are required.

We value someone who can keep things lighthearted while also ensuring that the kids stay on track with their schedules and schoolwork. The role offers a flexible schedule, typically Monday through Thursday, for about 20-25+ hours a week, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed. We’re looking for a candidate who is adaptable, organized, and ready to jump in where needed, ensuring that both the household and children’s routines run smoothly.
