Compassionate and Responsible Nanny needed in Miami, FL
Position: Full-Time Nanny (Live-In or Live-Out)
Location: Miami, Florida (Near Belle Meade Island)
Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Thursday-Friday: 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Every Other Saturday: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM or 1:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Compensation: $25 per hour, W2 employment (Dependign on Experience)
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, alternate holiday scheduling with co-nanny
This private family in Miami seeks a dedicated and compassionate nanny to join their household and provide nurturing care for their young children. About the Family:

Adults: 2 (Both parents have demanding jobs and travel frequently)

Children: 2 (Ages 13 months and 4 years, with a third baby due in June)

Pets: 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels

Staff: Housekeeper (2x per week) and one full-time live-out nanny
Ideal Candidate:
The family seeks a reliable, warm nanny who takes childcare seriously. You should be active, enjoy spending time with young children, and thrive in a supportive and friendly work environment. Excellent driving skills and a positive attitude are essential. Working alongside a co-nanny on a different shift, you’ll create a warm, caring environment where the children feel safe and loved.
Responsibilities:

Provide nurturing care for two children (13 months and 4 years old) with a new baby joining the family in June

Prepare children’s meals

Manage children’s laundry and maintain their rooms and play areas

Assist with light housekeeping as it pertains to the children

Drive children to activities as needed (good driving record required)
Requirements:

Experience: Several years of professional nanny experience preferred

References: Minimum of 2 verifiable references

Background Check: Required upon contingent offer of hire

Language: Proficient in English

Driving: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
