A private family in Gatzke, MN living on a farm seeks a trustworthy and organized Live-In or Live-Out Housekeeper/Family Assistant to help manage two homes.
Position Compensation
- Salary: $30-$40/hour (30-40 hours/week) DOE, Around 50-65K/year
- Living Accommodations: Live In or Live Out
- Vacation: 1-2 weeks PTO, 3 sick days, Major Holidays
The family includes a single mother and three boys, ages 21, 19, and 15 (the youngest is with her every other week). The mother’s 84-year-old mom resides in a separate house on the property. They need someone to assist with household management, housekeeping, errands, laundry, light cooking, and occasional driving.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated, upbeat individual with a healthy lifestyle and experience in household management or housekeeping. Key Responsibilities:
- Full cleaning of two homes (approximately 2,000 sq ft each): daily light cleaning and occasional deep cleaning.
- Managing errands for both homes, grocery shopping, etc
- Laundry
- Light cooking/meal prep
Requested Duration: Ideally a year, possibly longer if it's a great fit.
