The family’s four children, ages 9-4 years old, are now all in school part-time or full-time, creating an opportunity to implement sustainable routines and organizational systems. The family has a dog, so candidates must be comfortable in a pet-friendly home.

- Encouragement and Collaboration:
- Act as a sounding board for challenges and celebrate progress.
- Work closely with the family to develop solutions tailored to their unique dynamics.
